We are recruiting a Health Executive M/F to join a medical care and rehabilitation establishment located in Poitiers, Vienne, on a permanent contract.
Description and missions
Within this SMR clinic, your main mission will be to organize paramedical activity, coordinate the resources of the care department and lead a multidisciplinary team with a focus on efficiency and quality of service.
You will work in close collaboration with the medical team, the technical platform manager and the technical manager.
Your duties will include:
- Designing and coordinating the organization of care and related services
. - Managing, supporting and developing the skills of IDE and AS teams (40 employees)
- Planning of activities, evaluation of actions taken and preparation of activity reports
. - Organizing the supervision and monitoring of trainees
. - Professional watch in your field of expertise
You will work from Monday to Friday on a daily basis, and take part in on-call duty one week in three (mainly by telephone).
Structure DNA
The structure is a medical and rehabilitation establishment with a capacity of 77 beds and 10 day hospitalization places. You will be joining a stable organization, with a full team of nurses, an operational management team and an HR department available for permanent support. The establishment offers a structured working environment, in a coordinated and well-supported medical environment.
Compensation
For this position, you will receive a starting salary of 3500 euros gross per month. An annual bonus of 1000 euros gross is also provided.
